Legal Entity management

The information ecosystem includes basic functionalities of Legal Entity Management (LEM). LEM provides insight into your own organisation and that of the partners.

Organising accountability

MYOBI Trust Network facilitates business users, using their Information Ecosystem, to be accountable to organise compliance with the TTP policy, which includes the TTP Code of Conduct GDPR.

Smart contracting

Smart contracting focuses on legal operations. Smart contracting follows the contract life cycle: preparing contract portfolio and get organised, closing contracts, managing rights and obligations (contract management), and managing conflicts.

Smart contracting is a data-driven application, aiming at reaching the company’s target groups and optimising operational processes.

Smart compliance

Organising accountability of compliance with legal and contractual obligations is supported with smart contracting. Smart compliance is aimed at making and keeping the business compliance function more effective and cost-efficient.

Training

Creating a company-specific e-learning tenant on which awareness training courses and exams are offered, employees take tests and a dashboard is available. Training for LegalOps, compliance and for the DPO to provide confirmation.
